When we thought about the development of IQ Surco, we wanted to unite our experience developing projects to live and work in a single building. This is how the Mixing Lifes concept was born, our commitment to unite in a single project what moves us and makes us dream of the future.

And what makes us dream of the future? Departments to become independent, boutique offices to undertake and commercial premises to continue growing. IQ Surco is therefore a project where living, working and growing move in the same direction towards the future.

The architectural design of IQ Surco expresses this duality of life and work, creating an interesting and modern visual proposal. The tower is divided in two, through different colors, textures and finishes that contrast with each other and give character to the structure. And at the same time, it has differentiated entrances and elevators for the residential area and the offices, taking care of privacy and order.

On the other hand, the location we chose is strategic. We are located on Av. Encalada, a few steps from the El Polo Shopping Center; surrounded by restaurants, schools, universities, health centers, shops and more; and connected to main avenues that will allow you to move around the city easily and quickly.

We design key typologies for people who want to jump into the water alone (1 bedroom) or in company (2 bedrooms); or for those who want to invest in a property with a sure return in an area of ​​the city that, without a doubt, appreciates in value over time.

For IQ Work, we design boutique offices, from 21 m2 to 107 m2, for your startup or company, in a key, central area connected to the pace of business.

The office proposal is complemented with great common areas to relax taking a break in the SUM or in the dining room; or to work in teams in a comfortable and creative way in meeting rooms.

IQ Surco is definitely a building to unite what makes us dream big. Life and work flowing in the same space but independently, without affecting the privacy of the residential area.
