Summary: “As it is an online complaint, your case will be referred to the customer service area, in order to provide a response within the legally established deadline.

5. I authorize the notification of the outcome of the complaint to the e-mail address provided.

* The submission of the complaint does not prevent the person to pursue other channels to resolve the dispute, nor it is a pre-requirement.

* The provider must respond to the complaint within a period no longer than (30) thirty calendar days, and may extend the period up to (30) thirty more days, prior communication to the consumer.
