Gallery the experience of living in a work of art

On June 30 we inaugurated the Gallery lobby, our new project in San Isidro. We had the pleasure of unveiling the sculpture by Martha Vargas and the pictorial diptych by Magaly Sánchez, both Peruvian artists, who will welcome the owners every day, as part of the actions of our “Live in a work of art” concept. , which seeks to bring artistic expressions closer to people

Both the CEO of the T&C group, William Ticona, and I agree to support the Peruvian art scene. That is why we started an alliance so that “Gallery” includes works by Peruvian artists, whom I represent, in its facilities, in a way that provides its owners with the quality of life they deserve, not only through architecture. and first-class interior design, but also through interaction with art in their day-to-day life”, indicates the art advisor.

Thus, from the colossal sculpture by Martha Vargas, “Balerina”, placed at the entrance of the building and a diptych by Magaly Sánchez installed in the lobby —both acquired by the Group— the aim is to involve the owners with art and boost your taste for this sensitive discipline. In addition, to reinforce the aforementioned and encourage collecting, ten works of art have been delivered, by José Cortez, Dara Abugattas, Nader Barhumi and the Vallette brand, also Peruvians, to the first ten owners of “Gallery” departments.

It is worth mentioning that the alliance between the T&C Group —dedicated to the real estate development of hotels, offices and homes— and Marissi Campos, to achieve the aforementioned result, began approximately two years ago, when the “Gallery” project was about to start.
